Kinesiologist

Specialising in stress and anxiety, sleep concerns, fatigue and low energy, with a holistic approach to supporting both emotional and physical wellbeing. Sonia works with clients experiencing digestive disturbances, physical pain, sporting injuries, hormonal imbalances including PMS and menopause, as well as challenges relating to relationships and self-esteem. Through personalised kinesiology sessions, she helps clients restore balance, build resilience and create positive, lasting change in their lives.
Sonia Dunstan is a qualified kinesiologist working across three clinics; Glen Forrest, Greenwood and North Beach. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology from O’Neill College and is dedicated to supporting individuals through a holistic, body-centred approach to health and wellbeing.
Sonia works with clients experiencing stress, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and nervous system dysregulation, using kinesiology to identify and address underlying patterns that may be impacting physical, emotional and energetic balance. Her work integrates techniques such as muscle monitoring, acupressure, and energetic balancing to support the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore.
