Karen McArthur

Remedial Massage Therapist
Specialising in deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy and myofascial release to help reduce pain, improve mobility and restore function. Treatments may incorporate dry needling, reflexology and TMJ release techniques to address muscle tension, jaw discomfort and chronic pain patterns. With experience supporting pregnancy, healthy ageing and aged care clients, care is tailored to promote circulation, relaxation and overall wellbeing at every stage of life.
Karen graduated from Mt Lawley TAFE in 2007 with the intention to heal.
I always knew I had a gift from a very young age to heal others.
The heart of listening to the body and waiting for a shift or change is my approach.
My journey began after giving birth to my third daughter when I returned to study & followed my heart in natural therapies. Once graduated I worked alongside Chiropractors and other practitioners before opening my own home practice to be there for my growing family.
One area I also became interested in was circulatory massage for aged care and dementia patients. I visited aged care homes and private homes who were on Homecare packages.
